Dear Team

It is almost a month since the big event. Congratulations to the 1st time triathletes. Thank you for proudly representing the Team in crossing the finish lines.

Now it is time to set new goals. Time to plan for the rest of 2016 and for 2017. Time to exceed ourselves. Aim for longer distances or faster finish times. It is also time to mentor team mates and encourage those having a break to go back to training.

Yes lazy days are over. Time to train again! Tuesdays and Thursdays army pool. Wednesdays speed drills. Weekend long rides/runs/brick sessions. Mccoy and Bob will include some HIITs.

So there. We need volunteers for the logistics of TU3 and TU4. We need to mentor our newbies who will be competing and the groupers who need to gain confidence in cycling again.

Notice the change in decors along Seaside Blvd? Time to plan for our Christmas Party!

It has been almost a year when you entrusted me with the responsibility to lead the team. We now need to identify new leaders as we are having an election soon. Think about this and let’s discuss over breakfast after training soon.
