Slow down!

Long Slow Distance runs on weekends: I would usually be running with Rod and cover 15K or more. We run and realize after that our average speed is around 6 minutes per kilometer.

Last Monday: I ran 6.5K in 36 minutes with 4 minutes uphill.

Yesterday: I ran with the aNR MOA group. My target was 10K according to my program and I finished the 10K in 52 minutes.

This is only my 3rd week of training. I think I need to slow down a bit. I am afraid that I am not following the training program because of my speed. Well, the program is distance based anyway so I guess i still am following it. It feels great to run fast and yeah I want to be faster.

So why am I writing all this? I just have to document these thoughts for now.
